By using FieldPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FieldPay is a business management tool for independent contractors. You must be 18 or older to use the app. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid plans (Pro at $29/mo, Elite at $79/mo) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the in-app "Manage subscription" link. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You own your data. We store it securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use FieldPay to conduct illegal activity, send spam, or attempt to access other users' data.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fieldpay.app.
FieldPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
